By enrolling in this Mosaic Course (“Course”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the course commences.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in the loss of your place on the course, and your deposit will not be refunded.
- Spaces are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Participant Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds for participant cancellations will be issued on the following basis:

- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
You may request to transfer your booking to an alternative course date (subject to availability) instead of receiving a refund. Requests for transfers must be made at least 7 days prior to the original course date.
b. Course Cancellations by Us
If a course is undersubscribed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of:

- A full refund of the course fee, or
- A transfer to an alternative course date (subject to availability).
We will always aim to give at least 5 days’ notice in the event of cancellation. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (such as travel or accommodation) due to course cancellation.
3. Course Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Health and Safety
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the course.
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety guidelines.
5. Materials and Tools
All tools and materials needed for the course will be provided unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials and designs remain the intellectual property of the course instructor and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
7. Photography and Promotion
We may take photographs during the course for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the course begins.
